Adult Ballet

An Open Ballet Class, suitable for all levels of dancers, hobbyists, or those that are new to dance and ballet. Get out of your comfort zone and explore new possibilities of your physical skills and expressions by learning the Foundations of Ballet & Contemporary Dance.

This class is intended to explore choreography as both pure aesthetics or a creative and expressive experience. Mastering technique with an emphasis on dancing is encouraged.

Spinal Alignment for Teens

Contemporary Technique

Learn the basics of floor work, footwork and flows in standing positions.

For those with beginner movement backgrounds.

Yin Yang Yoga

Slow down, unwind and rebalance yourself mid-week with a mindful  practice, combing yin yoga, hatha yoga and other modalities that deeply stretch, realigns and strengthens your body, and calm your mind.

Relax and invigorate your weekend with a balancing practice, combining of yin yoga, hatha yoga and and other modalities that deeply stretch, realigns and strengthens your body, and calm your mind.

Barre Technique

Learn basic arm positions and beginner footwork based on ballet technique. An often-underestimated great workout for legs, arms and back, improves alignment, and a great foundation for various dances.

Contemporary Technique
