Contemporary and Ballet Dancers are trained in specific techniques that gives them wonderful posture and technique. Having a well-trained body and honing their techniques, they are able to perform wonderful feats gracefully while maintaining the fitness and wellness of their bodies.

In this class, you will learn some of these conditioning techniques to help improve your overall strength, balance, and alignment – Suitable for beginners even if you not a dancer and also great for beginner and intermediate dancers. In this class, you will learn a combination of:

        • Ballet barre and centre techniques
        • Contemporary flow techniques
        • Application of Alexander Technique for movement and alignment
        • Yoga stretches and body awareness in stretching
        • Pilates core strengthening and coordination
