Contemporary Technique: Conscious Alignment

2pm – 4pm (1st hour warm up)
Go deeper into the foundations of contemporary technique through a combination of practices including develop core strength, developmental movements, breathwork in movements, Alexander Technique, body awareness and improvisation.
Yin Yang Yoga

Slow down, unwind and rebalance yourself mid-week with a mindful practice, combing yin yoga, hatha yoga and other modalities that deeply stretch, realigns and strengthens your body, and calm your mind.

Creative Contemporary Dance: Mindful Expression

This term, we will combine mindfulness and body scan meditations with expressions through from the pelvic core, releasing them outwards and upwards, exploring through Laban Movement Analysis – Effort Actions.

Relax and invigorate your weekend with a balancing practice, combining of yin yoga, hatha yoga and and other modalities that deeply stretch, realigns and strengthens your body, and calm your mind.

Combining Contemporary Dance Techniques and improvisation, this class offers a platform to develop creative flow and exploration while balancing with technical development.
