Mindful Movements
with Jennifer

Beginner level for an original style of dance, combining the essence of meditative dance with classical aesthetics of South East Asia.
In this class, you will learn basic mindfulness meditation, and incorporate mindfulness in basic hand and body movements, as well other meditative movements such as standing meditation, walking meditation, and tea drinking.

Ballet Technique

Develop basic body and spatial awareness, improve posture, strength and coordination, as well as dance techniques, lines and footwork through the practice of basic ballet barre techniques.

Yin Yang Yoga
